Eurabia Nightmare – God’s Judgment

            One thing I wonder about is how much attention Christians in the United States are paying to what is going on in the world around them? Frankly, my experience of the average Christian tells me a great majority are living with their heads buried in the world, the flesh, and the devil. Contrary to the old wives tail ostriches do not bury their heads in the sand of this world; neither should Christians.

            Islam is on the march, and it is not adapting to Western values even though suicide bombers might read playboy and drink whiskey before they try to make the Islamic heaven. Media and college professors in recent years have done a good job of white-washing the brutal legacy of Islamic jihad conquests. And they have for the most part ignored the implications of Muslim demography and use (and abuse) of the Western European social welfare system. So you can hardly expect them to make the connection between the influx of Islam and the Western nation’s turning of their backs upon God. The fact is that Islam is growing everywhere and where it seems to be making the greatest headway is in those areas that have seen the majority of their populations turning away from Christianity.

Muslims comprise (officially) between 2 and 10% of the population in most West European nations, but France the home of humanistic revolution is already 12% Muslim. Switzerland is 20%. These statistics are the tip of the steadily emerging reality: In most of Western Europe, 16 to 20 percent of children are Muslims. They are two generations (40 years at most) away from having Muslim majorities. Part of this is because European emphasis is self-serving instead of on family and strong relationships between men and women that keep birthrates up.

            Muslims are aware of what is going on:

A Danish Muslim leader, typical of many European imams, declared in 2000, "Muslims have a dream of living in an Islamic society. This dream will surely be fulfilled in Denmark. We will eventually be a majority".

There are Islamic satellite colonies scattered over Western Europe where demands for sovereignty began well before the recent Muslim intifada in France in fall 2005:

Recently in France, a public official met with an imam at the edge of Roubaix's Muslim district out of respect for his declaration of the neighborhood as Islamic territory to which she had no right of access.

In Britain, imams pushed the government to designate areas of Bradford as being under Muslim, not British, law.  Believe it!

In Denmark, Muslim leaders have sought the same kind of control over parts of Copenhagen.

In Belgium, Muslims in the Brussels neighborhood of Sint-Jans-Molenbeek view it not as part of Belgium but an area under Islamic jurisdiction in which Belgians are unwelcome.

            Growing Muslim communities get disproportionate amounts of state welfare benefits. For example, Danish Muslims comprise 5% of the population, yet receive 40% of government payouts. Despite this benevolence, aided by sympathetic social workers. Yet social workers are often tyrannized by their Muslim clients. Social security offices are vandalized and social workers hit because they've learned that such bullying gets them what they want. In Norway (Oslo) imams preach brazenly Muslims should expect welfare benefits-and feel justified in supplementing the payments by stealing from stores-as a form of jizya* extracted from their infidel "host" societies-societies that have not yet accepted their requisite subservience to Islamic Law!

            The two events that should have captured people’s attention; the 9/11/01 and 3/11/04 mass murdering acts of jihad terrorism-failed to get Western Europe's attention sufficiently to alter their self-destructive capitulation to Islamic takeover or to take stock of why calamity was coming upon them. Just 36 hours after the terrorists bringing down the World Trade Center, anti-American attacks resumed in “mainstream” Western European media.

I do not think God will allow Europe to go unpunished for its anti-Semitism either. Since six million Jews died in Hitler’s Europe with many European’s approval one authority has claimed another six million have died worldwide. But we see a resurgence of anti-Semitic rhetoric, and anti-Jewish violence fomented, in part, by "poisonous, fraudulent reportage" throughout Western Europe. When blatant crimes against Jews are committed by Muslims they are grudgingly reported by the media. Critical details routinely omitted in such accounts, include:

(a)  That Muslims in Europe have not been attacked by Jews;

(b) Unlike anti-Semitic acts, encouraged and applauded by influential figures among Muslims, anti-Muslim attacks are isolated events no respected person or institution approves of;

(c0 The number of anti-Muslim attacks are dwarfed by the number of attacks on Jews.

            The lackluster response to the 3/11/04 Madrid bombings, in addition to subsequent lesser traumas such as the murder of Theo Van Gogh and the 7/7/05 London bombings shows how close to death Europe is.  The nations which have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ seem eager to convert to Islam while going down falsely claiming it is a religion of one god and peaceful in its true teachings. The Bible says that in the Last Days men would be sent strong delusion that they should believe a lie. In their delusion Europe is even now entering the final chapter in its long history of violent struggle with Islam an enemy that can't be wished or talked away. And what's at stake isn't just sovereignty of one or two nations and even more than modern democratic civilization.

            In 1978, Charles Emmanuel Dufourcq, historian of Medieval European Islam, was concerned historical and cultural revisionism might precipitate a recurrence of. upheaval carried out on the European continent by Islamic penetration over a thousand years earlier with new methods. By the early 1990s, Bat Ye'or had said European Islam was adhering to its traditional supremacist orthodoxy making no effort to eliminate doctrines incompatible with true ecumenism and core Western Enlightenment values: These men were not prophets but they were right. People talk about a Europeanization of Islam, but where it?  They are not willing to marginalize their religion as so-called Christians have done. On the contrary, I think that we are seeing the Islamization of Europe, reflected both in daily occurrences and the way of thinking...All the racist fanaticism that permeates the Arab countries and Iran has been manifested in Europe in recent years.

            Attempts to waken people to the threat seem to fall on deaf ears. Much more learned people on the subject such as Bat Ye'or have been trying to for years. He speaks of Eurabia-The Euro-Arab Axis and postulates continuing developments, which transform Western Europe into a hemi-continent of dhimmitude. The fruition of this hideous construct, Eurabia, is a Western Europe rife with Anti-Semitism Anti-Zionism, Anti-Americanism, and a perverse, self-loathing, denigration of its own Western heritage, firmly rooted in both Christianity, and the Enlightenment.

            The recently tortured and murdered Parisian Jew Ilan Halimi is an example of what is to come. A young French Jew of Moroccan parentage in his early 20’s, he was lured by a woman to an apartment on the 21^st of January 2006. There he was overcome by a youth gang, mostly immigrants, calling themselves the Barbarians, who kept him for 20 days, torturing him with burns and knives. People in the neighborhood came by and watched but none reported what was going on. The motives were ransom and anti-Semitism according to Islamic ideology.

Understand this, Muslim immigrants en bloc are unwilling to accept foundational Western principles of equality, and integrate peacefully into their host societies. Islamist believe it is their right and they will impose jizya or dhinnitude upon Europe in the time to come and the leaders and liberals are abetting this by denying Islamic theology for the major problems confronting Western Europe just like they deny their own moral bankruptcy. They see more Islam participation as the "solution," and thus are accelerating the apparently inevitable trajectory towards Lebanon-ization, and/or complete Islamization, with implementation of the Shari'a in Europe. And America is not far behind.

Under the Shari'a (Islamic Law) regulations, either the non-Muslim infidels must convert to Islam, or they pay the blood ransom jizya-classically, in a humiliating public ceremony which often involved blows to the head or neck-and their life and belongings are protected. The nature of such "protection" is clarified in this definition of jizya by the seminal Arabic lexicographer, E.W. Lane, based on a careful analysis of the etymology of the term:. This is what Europe has to look forward to and America also unless it repents.
